There are about 240 messages at the Oshana list archive..and more stuff will be added to the website at www.oshana.org. Most of the work is happening real time here in the UK, Glastonbury and London, where we currently meet every night to sit, and also do opening and softening exercises..it's spontaneous.

the aim is to allow all layers of being to become permeable to the energy of awakening which some people find scary when they see the part-costs of waking up, and so their trajectory falls short of enlightenment..for now.

we will be doing some retreats too..possibly over the Winter Solstice 23-24th Dec

how all this waking up happens is a mystery, but I am glad that the enlightenment santa is visiting you this year

Hello David and All,

Discovering the Non Duality Salon recently, I found this list among its resources. I enjoy the energy while reading the messages and wish there were more. 'All things are possible' leaps off the words in the posts and one feels a stirring within and a readiness which wants to stand up and do it.

LOL the mind engages and the conversation begins and the same old-same old tape rewinds again. The voice that chooses consciousness asks what is this train wreck and why is there so much noise?

With amusement I read the last post(August 15) about watching the Matrix as a spiritual practice. I admit the same thought occurred to me several weeks ago as one potential way to reprogram the alpha waves. At length, I actually watched it again. I remember when I was a child and I was aware that 'Santa Claus' was not real but something inside knew how great it felt to just believe in the magic of it all.

That was what I experienced during this recent viewing, a sense of Belief in moment right now whether the little i is awake to it or not. Fun.

In celebration of such joy, I wanted to write to connect.
