Satyam Nadeen states 'no free will only God's will, good or evil'. So, nothing to do to wake up? Either happens by grace or doesn't? Also says 'reincarnation never happens', all 'melt' back into God at death.

I've read Satyam Nadeens's 2 books and he says there is no free will that everything is God's will whether good deeds or evil. So there is nothing I can do to wake up, right? Either it happens by grace or it doesn't? He also says reincarnation never happens, we just 'melt' back into God at death. Do you see it that way?
