Don't expect to intellectualise
Expect to have your inner senses attuned to experience mode
....Could you give me some idea what a session would involve? How long would it last, and how many people would be there? My friend G...C... would like to meet you also, and is thinking of coming with me. Would that be all right?
I am prepared to bring honesty, openness and vulnerability, and that honesty compels me to tell you I know I have a great tendency too intellectualise this, and I fear that is my stumbling block at present, what I really need to get beyond, and why I feel seeing you is worth more than reading a whole lot more.
I haven't had the lights before, they were all on the right side of my head and lasted an hour or so, were like inter locked triangles of light which kept moving from side to side. I do often see things, though, such as pictures and people in meditation.
This has been a full time path for me for the past four years, but after so many thousands of emails, I feel the need for 'presence', almost overwhelmingly so.
....It's not in a group - so no one else has to be present, though you are welcome to to share the space with Gill if you both want. However, I would like to avoid either of you thinking that there is a set way to be - there isn't! That's why it is useful to see many dialogues rather than one.
When I meet in a group I generally give an introduction. Something to set the tone. It depends on the group. What I say to you relates to where I see that you are at. Then it's over to you. We will look at where you think you are and where you really are. This can lead to recognition.
And in that moment there can be No Mind. Don't expect to intellectualise expect to have your inner senses attuned to 'experience' mode.
