Words are simply vehicles which convey a mode of being, similar in that way to silence, gestures or laughter Teaching is just LOOK, LOOK,LOOK, and everywhere you will see your own nature reflected. SEE, who you are meant to be and drop down your fake identity. When the lion recognised its own nature, it began to roar.

Wake Up and Roar Like a Lion

Oshana &the Zen practitioner

Dear Oshana,

I would like to thank you very much for allowing me to meet you.

I would like also to share with you, and may be everyone else, the essence of what I understood from that meeting.

You said that your teaching is just LOOK, LOOK,LOOK, and that everywhere you will see your own nature reflected.

Indeed, one may be everywhere. But the way I came to experience this saying during our meeting was very particular.

Now, wherever and whenever I LOOKED TO YOU I saw this self-nature alone in action. Your are completely consumed by this fire, nothing else remains. Now, your invitation comes: LOOK AND SEE. THAT is your own nature. THAT is what you are meant to be. THAT is not some imagined or manufactured state. THAT is reality. In this way, one is exposed to his/her own fallacy, his/her own fake existence. LOOK, you meant to be THAT. And THAT is just an entirely different mode of existence, expressed in the most natural way. Then, one begins to see. Words might still be there, but they have no particular value in themselves. They are simply vehicles which convey a mode of being, similar in that way to silence, gestures or laughter. And that is the transmission. SEE, who you are meant to be and drop down your fake identity.

You certainly recall the story about the lion who discovered a young lion living within a herd of sheep, imitating their behaviour. It then took the younger lion to a lake where its image was reflected. When the latter recognised its own nature, it began to roar. Your are this clear lake and we are invited to LOOK and recognise our own nature.

Thank you very much Oshana for your teaching.
