You can be both in Being and in Life because you already are. There is no limit - even if the mind cannot express it you have IT, nonetheless it is still your constant experience.

Where you are looking from now - knows Itself.

[Oshana] Dear Vicky,

[Vicky] Dear Oshana,

thank you for your sincere reply to my questions.

[Oshana] You are very welcome - always.

[Vicky] I find your approach interesting and would like you to elaborate a bit more on what exactly you mean with: 'My current perspective is that people are Awake but that their minds, and other surface 'bodies', have not 'caught' it, or caught on.'

[Oshana] Who you are i.e. where you are looking from now - knows Itself. Maybe your mind does not accept this (but my mind does). This what I meant.

[Vicky] I guess, this is what I meant with 'there is so much more to the picture and people really need to long for change.

[Oshana] Nature takes care of change and the perceived desire to change. As you know sometimes desire, or claiming desire to change, is not enough.

[Vicky] In terms of bodywork, this is an interesting field, to work with different energy bodies etc. I did Shiatsu and Shin Tai Energy Work and all kind of other things along but in the end my technics went back to the very basics. We don't need soffisticated technics.

[Oshana] Basics can be really powerful. In a sense, I am exhibiting a back-to- basics style.

[Vicky] I agree that it is helpful to get more in tune with your body, but in the end it is not about the body but more about your relationship to it, the relationship to your mind and ultimitely to Life.

[Oshana] We are already in relationship with it. How this earthly Life is lived is not directly related to Enlightenment - but it can enhance one's earthly experience of Life. As Andrew's student perhaps you might take issue with that (and some of my other responses) because he seems to find certain topics important, which I so far do not - I welcome your comments.

[Vicky] What did you do as bodywork?

[Oshana] Thai massage, Shiatsu, Bagua Zhang Tu'ina, ear acupuncture.

[Vicky] There is one more sentence which I did not quite understand: 'I should be careful about the word `transcendence'. This experience is both of this world and not of it. It is not `out-of-this-world' only.' Do you mean that ultimitely there is nothing to transcend because we are already it?

[Oshana] Being is already transcendental to this earthly Life, but also this Life is fully in Being. There is no where else to go in that sense one cannot transcend to anywhere.

[Vicky] From the Absolute point of view this is true but still we often express a limited perspective, right? ;-)

[Oshana] You can be both in Being and in Life because you already are. There is no limit - even if the mind cannot express it you have IT, nonetheless it is still your constant experience.

[Vicky] This leads again to the main question I am chewing on the last maybe 10 years, which is: ' How shall I life?'

What is your take on this?

[Oshana] That is Andrew's question. Upon Awakening it is no longer an issue, I do not chew on it because it does not exist as a question. Life takes care of itself. It is only the mind that can doubt the beautiful way that life unfolds. But what is the mind compared to life. Still, the mind does have a few uses.

[Vicky] Also, this last answer of yours, didn't give me 'mixed feelings'...just to let you know :-)

[Oshana] Glad to know that

Love Vicky
