Fasting after Breakfast?

Hi Geoff,

I'll see what gets arranged in London. The only sure date is Glastonbury at the moment - I'm getting a lift there. Do u know anyone there that u cld stay with? The Nasqabandi sufi's are there.

I have heard there has been quite some interest in doing B'ton/Hastings and am waiting to see if anything gets organised - if you can help - like know where are the best poster boards or know of interested parties - then let me know. I'd like to do it after Dec 10 but maybe in the New Year otherwise.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you have.

Fasting - I don't do it consciously - I recognise it as sometimes helpful for the body/mind but and so it can be good. But Self -realisation is, knowing who you are, is a birthright and doesn't need anything external. In a sense the Self is both on a fast and complete indulging in your life.

Hi Oshana

just thought i'd send a quick note thanking you for the satsang experience. I did have other questions to ask you, but didnt want to ask them all at once. I hope the rest of the evening was a success. Do keep me posted of future events, as i would like to attend a whole evening without having to leave.

I'd be interested to know what your opinions are on fasting as a spiritual discipline, as we approach Ramadan.

Love

geoff
